In our small, family-run hotel, you can look forward to peace, relaxation and a pleasant atmosphere. Prices start in high season from €79,– incl. breakfast and in low season from €59,– incl. Breakfast.
Look forward to a wide range of activities for every taste: whether hiking or cycling – there are suitable routes for all levels. In summer, you enjoy free entry to the partially heated outdoor pool in Dorfgastein, only about 450 metres away. The cable car is also very close by, offering you countless options for unforgettable hikes. For sports enthusiasts, a fast ride on the mountaincart down to the mid-station adds extra fun. Guided hikes and e-bike tours are regularly organised by the Gastein Tourist Board.
You can also relax wonderfully at the hotel itself: there is a lift, and our own wellness area with sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin invites you to unwind after an active day.
The location is ideal: centrally at the entrance to the Gastein Valley, only about 300 metres from the train station, with a bus stop 150 metres away. During your stay, you can use public transport in the Salzburg region free of charge. You’ll also find various restaurants within a short walking distance.
Dorfgastein is a charming, quiet village without mass tourism or nightclubs – an authentic place that perfectly combines relaxation and nature experiences.

On Sundays, the reception remains closed and no room cleaning takes place. The breakfast buffet and wellness area are available as usual.
